The LA Fathomiers Scramble Meet and OC Classic are on the same date. Why not change the date of one? It's only February. Flip a coin...

2nd Annual Ulusub BLUEWATER Open

This informal contest celebrates the Bluewater Spirit.

May 01 - Nov 01

South Carolina to Massachusetts and..... California.

Best Bluewater Capture of the Season wins a New Ulusub Gun.

Report of Capture must be received and posted on Ulusub Facebook Page by Nov 01.

Exact dates and exact locations not required.

Last year's Winner was Chris Miller from Montauk, NY. It was a very tough decision with new records established for literally every Bluewater Species in the North East. Chris not only made multiple fantastic, record setting captures, but he also shared the stoke with the Spearfishing community.

This year we will open up the contest to California as well.

Nice, thanks for including us John! Might be tough to compete with some of those epic BW catches you guys are getting out there but maybe the big BFT will show up here again. Doubtful but there's always hope :)

Hey Tino, you already know I'm going to be there.

I've been listening to that guy Roman's podcast lately. Bill Mac, Chris Oak, GR Tar, and many others. Great info and stories. I urge you to contact that dude and have him come up, do some Nor Cal diving, and do some interviews at the BABL.

10th year man, you need to get this shit out on the interwebs.

See you up there on Friday, and I have a little something for you...
