Get your new licenses

That time of year folks, you can buy your 2021 license here: https://www.ca.wildlifelicense.com/internetsales/

Do the calculations if you are young and plan on fishing the rest of your life, I got the lifetime license a few years ago so I only have to buy the lobster card and ocean enhancement stamp. The drawback is if I move or get killed earlier than 65 or so I'll lose out. The lifetime license fee chart is here:

I remember talking about getting one of these when I was a kid, back then it was like 300 bucks but damn that would have been a great investment as they kept raising the yearly fees. Licenses were about 20 dollars then, they are over 50 now a year.
