That looks like a panga with the ass end chopped off.

Over here, a friend recently got one of these 18' Terncats. I was impressed with how this boat handles. His has twin 50's and runs in chop at 30mph. Doesn't use much fuel. We've been out on some rough days and I like how the boat doesn't Slam and Smash. Nice ride for an 18' boat. http://www.ternboats.com/tern18.html
