Does anybody have a full list of spearfishing based clubs in California, including dates and founders?

Why do you need a list of dive clubs and their founders?

You or your club members has a list of the OC clubs which I recall transmitting it to some one but can't recall who- possibly the new active president but you name also comes to mind. I knew or can recall most of the founder of the OC clubs, many who are diving in the big reef in the sky. I simply don't have time to devote to your request at this time

There are a number of list of the California and International clubs. I currently recall at least three I have in my file. None list the founders; only names and contacts at he time the list was published.

Good luck with your project

Sam, I think many divers if not all would be interested in the full history of spearfishing/clubs in California and else where. If it were made into a book it would be the only book on my coffee table for all to see.

Thanks I and others would never have known. I'm thinking about getting all this info into a journal someday.

That would be INSANE! I cant even begin to imagine the gnarly stories that would be in there between all the different spearo clubs haha. :obscene-drinkingcheers:
