That's interesting. Never heard of this before. How would other fish be? I cant imagine its easy to find swordfish spine

I don't know about that Swordfish bone marrow but the other dishes in that article made my mouth water!

When I was filleting some YT recently I saw the marrow leaking out the spine, I wonder if that would work too? It looks damn good.

I eat wsb “bone marrow” raw. It tastes like salty jello. I figure it is healthy, so...down the hatch!
