This is a really simple delicious lobster recipe.
Preheat oven to 475
Split your bug in half. It's easier to use a pair of kitchen shears or a thick blade knife. Remove the guts from the head and the lower gi tract from inside the tail. Rinse out the body cavity.
Microwave some butter, when it is melted add about 1/8 tsp or less of lemon pepper and then some italian spices. Mix well. Spoon mix on top of lobster meat. Sprinkle sea salt on it.
Bake for 10 minutes at 475 degrees. On bigger bugs it takes longer so check the meat, when lobster is cooked it changes from clear to white. Serve hot.
